Creative learning and development day for senior facilitators and trainers

Who & Why

Participants joined the workshop to develop their skills for creating engaging, participatory and creative content with an understanding of the theory underpinning their practise. It was important for the day to be ‘not just another training day’ but one which included emotional engagement and elements of fun, as well as learning, which could be implemented in participants own future training or facilitation.

This is of course vital not just, for their success as a facilitator, but for the powerful engagement of their future participants.

Outcomes

Participants practised tools that motivate learning such as storytelling and creative exploration. They related the theory to real life practise to ensure their participants had inspiring content. We also explored original ways to check objectives and review learning. Ultimately it was an enjoyable and interesting day which ensured participants had clear, tangible takeaways.
