Who & Why
Not many people enjoy going to meetings, as they tend to be influenced by the loudest people in the room. Liberating Structures has been designed to change this. It offers 33 different formats which are all designed to involve everybody and produce clear benefits.
As a co-facilitator with Happy I have delivered many online immersive workshops since 2020 to a range of participants from the NHS, Government, private sector, overseas participants, as well as other sectors.
Outcomes
Online LS Immersion Workshops are designed to let you learn by doing and are purposefully intense and inspire innovation. Participants discover how to enable everyone’s voice to be heard. This replaces more controlling or constraining approaches.
Liberating Structures is a results-focused repertoire of interaction patterns, designed to call in to question preconceived ideas and ways of working to shape a new future. People leave equipped with a rich and adaptable toolkit to unleash the creativity and talent of everyone in their team, work group, community, and organisation.
Post-session surveys shows that delegates find the workshops very engaging and provide them with skills and confidence to break the deadlock in meetings and increases morale and motivation. Importantly teams find their focus in leading change and to generate exciting new ideas to innovate.
