Mikala Ritzau is a Professional Certified Facilitator with a strong academic background who helps organisations and individuals – especially in the health and social care sector - change the way they work.

Drawing on more than 20 years experience facilitating groups and her creative skills as a performance artist, she designs and delivers engaging, enjoyable and highly interactive workshops and events.  

'Having a Say in the NHS' is an innovative training programme developed and delivered by Mikala and colleague Dr Susie Green for the UK's National Health Service over the past six years, helping healthcare professionals involve and engage more effectively with service-users and patients.

In addition to her facilitation skills, Mikala has also worked as an Advanced Antenatal Teacher and Teacher Assessor for the UK's National Childbirth Trust (NCT) for more than 20 years.
